👩‍💻The role

In this role, you’ll manage hiring across both tech and non-tech functions, with opportunities to work on global positions as well. You’ll be closely involved in every part of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing and assessment to stakeholder alignment and candidate experience.

This role is about building teams thoughtfully, not just quickly. It’s well-suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in ambiguity, and is eager to create practical, scalable hiring practices in a high-growth environment.

  • Ownership: You’ll have the space to manage your hiring processes end-to-end and the responsibility to improve them as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: You’ll constantly work on hiring challenges, whether it’s improving response rates, experimenting with tools, or refining assessments.
  • Breadth: You’ll get exposure to both tech and business roles, as well as opportunities to support hiring in global markets.

đź’ť What skills & experience do you need?

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (tech + non-tech). Global hiring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to break down problems and find practical solutions rather than relying only on “what’s been done before.”
  • Comfort with using recruitment tools, including AI, to make processes more efficient.
  • Proactive approach, you take initiative and move things forward without waiting for direction.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Adaptability, you’re comfortable in a fast-changing, growing environment.
