Nurse Practitioner (NP or CNS) - Charlevoix

What You’ll Do

• Provide onsite advanced clinical care, including acute, episodic, preventive, and chronic disease management
• Deliver proactive care for employees, spouses, and dependents
• Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis and care coordination
• Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols
• Conduct telehealth visits as appropriate
• Coordinate care with external provider networks
• Maintain required licensure and certifications

Schedule & Compensation

• One 8-hour shift, any day Monday through Friday.
• Starting at $55/hour, based on experience

The (Required) Qualifications

To practice safely and compliantly, we do need:

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
• Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification
• 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred)
• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
