Compensation

The (Required) Qualifications 

We’d love to welcome everyone — but to practice safely and legally, we do need: 

  • Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program 
  • Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license 
  • Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC) 
  • Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification 
  • 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred) 
  • BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire 


Preferred (But Not Required) 

  • DOT certification 
  • Occupational health experience 
  • Willingness to travel locally
