About the role:

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians? We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Client Services Manager to join our dedicated team, supporting clients across the region.

In this client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives to increase our client base and maintain successful relationships with existing clients (Care and Nursing). The position will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes that ensure appropriate use of staff resources and the successful conversion of client demand to filled shifts. This will include providing leadership to ensure strategic projects are consistently managed utilizing agreed frameworks. Monetary incentives are offered for generating qualified leads and contributing to sustainable business development.  You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised services and developing strong relationships with clients and their support networks. You will also:

  • Maintain positive relationships with major existing local and national clients to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction through regular communication and reviews.
  • Collaborate with nurses,  and internal teams to coordinate care and ensure efficient service delivery

  • Support new client enquiries and assist with research into existing and potential new clients via tendering processes

Coming from health-related services you’ll bring strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.  The role suits someone who enjoys a results-driven business with clear targets and deadlines.

You’ll need to be comfortable using usual corporate communication systems and CRM tools and can work independently.  Any event or marketing experience such as attending expo's is a bonus!
