Recruitment Consultant

Healthcare Australia is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Workforce Solutions team. In this role, you will take ownership of growing our casual nurse workforce by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-quality candidates quickly to meet client demand. Day to day!

• Proactively source and attract high-quality nurse candidates to meet client needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from recruitment to onboarding.
• Support nurses during their first three months to ensure engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Streamline recruitment processes to achieve rapid turnaround while maintaining high standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements within recruitment activities.
• Work closely with Operations Consultants to convert newly registered nurses into active shift workers.

Lets talk about you!

You have experience in recruitment, sales, or operations - ideally within the nursing or healthcare sector - are skilled in customer service, relationship management, and communication, can work independently and as part of a team, have strong organisational and time management abilities, are familiar with booking systems and intermediate MS Office, and ideally have experience in target-driven, multi-site service environments, with a diploma, tertiary qualification, or relevant certifications in business, recruitment, sales, or customer service considered a plus.
