Operations Consultant

We are seeking an organised and motivated Operations Consultant to join our Nursing team. In this role, you will manage all operational aspects of recruitment and daily shift bookings, ensuring the right candidates are placed with the right clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow in recruitment or healthcare operations.

Day to day!

• Interview, register, and place nurses and carers into suitable roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage daily administrative tasks including inbound/outbound calls and shift bookings.
• Contribute to the growth of new business and expand the client and candidate database.
• Ensure compliance with legal, WHS, and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Lets talk about you!

You have experience in recruitment, sales, or call centre environments, with strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, familiarity with MS Office and IT systems, and ideally some knowledge of the health, nursing, or aged care sector, with qualifications in Business Administration, HR/Recruitment, or Sales/Customer Service considered a plus.
