Job Overview

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Content, the Communications Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering client-facing communications that strengthen Healthcare Australia’s brand and support business growth.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of engaging digital content across email marketing, website copy, and paid media, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging across all HCA brands. You’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Digital Marketing, HR, and other stakeholders to deliver communications that resonate with clients and support the broader 1HCA vision.

This is an ideal opportunity for a communications professional who enjoys blending creativity with strategy and using data insights to continuously refine and improve digital engagement.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Developing and executing client-focused communications strategies across digital channels
  • Creating compelling content for email campaigns, websites, blogs, landing pages, and advertising
  • Designing and delivering email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, cross-selling, and client loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints
  • Supporting occasional internal communications such as company updates and organisational announcements
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing insights to optimise communications effectiveness

With a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, you bring genuine enthusiasm for brand storytelling and delivering communications that make an impact.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in communications, content marketing, or a similar role, with a strong digital focus
  • Demonstrated experience delivering email marketing campaigns and digital communications strategies
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, CMS platforms, and analytics tools
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights and refine content strategies
