• Manage high-volume recruitment for travel nurses, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate and manage shift requests efficiently across multiple healthcare sites.
• Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with urgency and professionalism.
• Support credentialing, workforce planning, and continuity of care.

About you:

• Experienced in fast-paced recruitment environments, ideally within healthcare or nursing agency recruitment.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
• Confident handling high call volumes with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Skilled at building relationships with candidates and clients alike.
