The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team and serve as the connective tissue across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and prioritizing requests through our intake system, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable Salesforce and tool-based solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
You’ll take ownership of our Salesforce environment and its connected GTM tools, maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and building automation that empowers teams to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and understands how technology can enable business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and triage GTM requests through our RevOps intake system—prioritize, scope, and implement Salesforce updates and related tool enhancements.
- Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on automation, integrations, and process optimization.
- Maintain and enhance integrations with connected GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Calendly, Dialpad, Zapier, and Omni-Channel).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions that streamline workflows and improve data quality.
- Ensure platform health through strong data governance, QA, release documentation, and proactive system maintenance.
- Provide end-user support—from troubleshooting and training to process documentation and adoption enablement.
- Partner with leadership to optimize CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and visibility into key revenue metrics.
Who You Are
- Salesforce Certified Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or RevOps environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, automation (Flows), and Lightning UI.
- Experience managing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with GTM tech stacks and third-party integrations (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Zapier, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills—able to document, present, and train users on complex processes clearly.
- Organized and proactive; comfortable managing multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate—and how technology supports their success.
Ideal Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with JIRA and third-party tools: Outreach, Dialpad, Calendly, Zapier
- Background in end-to-end CRM implementations, system migrations, or org cleanups
- Ability to lead UAT, build process documentation, and support change management
