The Role
You will build and lead Heidi's enterprise commercial function, establishing long-term strategic partnerships with health systems, hospital networks, and large medical groups. You will also pioneer and scale Heidi's forward-deployed enterprise capability—embedding technical and implementation teams directly within customer organisations to drive adoption, uncover high-value use cases, and create measurable clinical and operational value at scale.
This role combines enterprise sales leadership, technical credibility, product intuition, and the ability to operate deeply and hands-on with Heidi customers while building a scalable enterprise capability and process.
What you'll do:
Enterprise Commercial Leadership & Growth
Build and execute Heidi's enterprise go-to-market strategy for large health systems, hospital networks, and multi-site medical organisations.
Establish and nurture C-suite relationships with enterprise healthcare customers (e.g. CEO, CTO, CIMO levels), positioning Heidi as the go-to strategic partner in clinical AI and workflow transformation.
Grow and expand Heidi’s commercial relationships by pinpointing and proving new opportunities to capture genuine customer value.
Support complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working with procurement, IT security, clinical leadership, and executive decision-makers.
Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models for enterprise customers, including multi-year contracts, pilot programs, and expansion pathways.
Drive pipeline generation through strategic partnerships, executive outreach, and leveraging your network across the healthcare ecosystem.
Forward-Deployed Enterprise Capability
Pioneer and scale Heidi's forward-deployed enterprise model, embedding technical and implementation teams directly within customer organisations to drive rapid adoption and build out measurable value.
Work hands-on alongside customer teams—clinicians, IT leaders, and operational staff—to deeply understand workflows, identify high-impact use cases, and apply Heidi's capabilities to solve real-world problems at scale.
Own end-to-end deployment success, moving quickly from pilot to production and ensuring customers achieve meaningful clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Build and lead a team of forward-deployed engineers, implementation specialists, and relationship managers who combine technical expertise with exceptional customer obsession.
Establish templates, engagement models, and deployment playbooks that balance high-touch customer service with scalability.
Enterprise Strategy & Product Influence
Shape Heidi's enterprise strategy and roadmap by synthesising insights from the field domestically and globally, identifying patterns across deployments, and advocating for high-value capabilities that unlock new markets and use cases.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to guide prioritisation, translating customer needs into product requirements and ensuring enterprise feedback directly shapes product evolution.
Identify opportunities to generalise customer-specific solutions into reusable capabilities, accelerating time-to-value for future enterprise customers.
Define and own enterprise-level success metrics, tracking deployment velocity, utilisations rates, commercial impact, and customer expansion across the installed base.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Clinical teams to ensure seamless handoffs, aligned execution, and world-class customer experience.
Serve as the voice of enterprise customers internally, advocating for their needs while balancing product vision and strategic priorities.
Build operating cadences, feedback loops, and communication frameworks that ensure field insights flow back to core product teams and inform strategic decision-making.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a fast-paced, high-performing team that combines technical excellence with commercial discipline and customer understanding.
What we’ll look for:
8+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or enterprise software.
Strong working knowledge of integration protocols (REST APIs, SAML/OIDC, SCIM), enterprise architecture, and security standards.
Experience supporting sales cycles with large healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR vendors is highly valued (FHIR/HL7 familiarity a plus).
Ability to synthesize complexity and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
A trusted partner to sales and a credible voice in the room with technical leaders on the customer side.
Bonus: Experience in healthtech, startups, or regulated industries.
