Head of Letting

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the letting strategy across the entire portfolio (residential and commercial units)
• Set and monitor targets for occupancy rates, rental income, and re-letting speed
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of approximately 14 letting specialists, including team leaders, in the Moravian-Silesian Region
• Optimize letting processes with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and customer experience
• Closely collaborate with Asset Management, Marketing, Property Management, and Customer Care teams
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and deliver insights and recommendations to top management
• Contribute to budget preparation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including the use of modern tools and AI solutions
