Asset manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic management of the assigned real estate portfolio with a focus on value growth and long-term profitability
• Full responsibility for the portfolio’s financial performance, including P&L, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
• Proposal, planning, and management of property investments (CapEx), including evaluation of return on investment
• Control and optimization of operating expenses (OpEx) and overall operational efficiency
• Close cooperation with facility management and key internal and external suppliers
• Active involvement in sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency improvements, and CO₂ reduction
• Leadership and development of a regional team and close cooperation with internal departments (Finance, Investments, Sustainability)
• Regular performance reporting and preparation of materials to support management decision-making
