Divestment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of divestment projects across the real estate portfolio

• Analysis of disposal opportunities and preparation of financial models and valuations

• Proposal of sale prices and divestment strategies in cooperation with the investment team and management

• End-to-end management of real estate sale processes, including preparation of all relevant documentation

• Cooperation with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Technical departments)

• Management of cooperation with external partners and participation in tender processes

• Communication with public authorities and handling of technical and legal documentation

• Reporting results and preparing materials for company management
