Head of Asset Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for portfolio performance, including NOI, value creation and total return
• Ownership of asset-level P&L, Capex planning and execution
• Strategic decision-making on investments, developments, divestments and portfolio transformation
• Development, review and approval of business cases, feasibility studies and investment proposals
• Leadership of a large, multidisciplinary organization (40+ employees) within a matrix structure
• Delivery of accurate and timely Group reporting and KPI management (AFFO, Capex, Yield on Cost, 5Y plans)
• Drive organizational and portfolio transformation, including process, structural and cultural change
• Ensure compliance with Group governance, risk framework and statutory requirements
• Active contribution to acquisitions, disposals and due diligence processes
