Technical Project Management Leader

What you will be responsible for:

• Leadership – Lead and develop the entire Technical Project Management team in the Moravskoslezský region, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Project Delivery – Plan and execute maintenance, investment, and sustainability projects in line with approved processes and business priorities
• Strategic Investment Coordination – Identify new investment opportunities in cooperation with Asset Management
• Contractor Management – Cooperation in procurement processes and negotiate with contractors to ensure quality and cost efficiency
• Technical Oversight – Conduct property inspections and oversee ongoing maintenance in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Sustainability Compliance – Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Group’s sustainability reporting guidelines
• Project Handover – Secure proper handover of completed projects to Asset Management
• Business Contribution – Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the company’s overall goals and KPIs
