Job Overview

Your role

As  Director of Finance for the DACH region, you will be a key member of the market’s Executive Leadership Team (CLT), acting as financial custodian and strategic co-pilot to the business.

You will serve as a primary business partner to the local Managing Director and CLT and will functionally own the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow for the region. In addition, you are responsible for all critical adjacent finance and control processes. The role oversees the day-to-day operations of DACH Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, and Finance BI, and is a key interface to the global shared service functions, including Tax, Treasury, and AP.

This role is Berlin-based and we adopted a mandatory hybrid/in-office work model.
