The Role (What’s in the Box)

For our Nordic Head Office in Copenhagen, we are seeking a highly ambitious, analytical, and results-driven Strategy Manager to join our small, high-performing Strategy team. This team serves as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Nordic Senior Leadership, driving the region's long-term strategy and overseeing critical cross-functional initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Strategy and is based in our vibrant Islands Brygge office in Copenhagen.

This is a highly cross-functional role in which you will collaborate with both commercial and operational sides of our business to ensure strategic coherence and effective execution, directly influencing the trajectory of our multi-market Nordic business.

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)

Strategy Development & Insight

• Strategy formulation: Partner with the Strategy Team and Senior Leadership to drive the annual, mid- and long-term strategy development cycle.

• Business case creation: Conduct deep-dive market research, competitor analysis, and rigorous financial modeling to build compelling business cases that inform and prioritize the Nordic market strategy.

• Business performance analysis: Proactively analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear, actionable strategic insights.

Strategic Execution & Oversight

• Initiative leadership: Own and drive key strategic business initiatives, often focusing on the early, ambiguous project stages (e.g., problem definition, in-depth analysis, and go/no-go recommendation).

• Rhythm of business: Contribute to the preparation and organization of regular strategy reviews, executive updates, and management meetings.

• Ad-hoc problem solving: Support cross-functional leaders by providing sharp, ad hoc analysis, rigorous problem-solving, and structured project management support in critical, high-priority areas.

• Sustainability reporting: Lead the local sustainability reporting and coordination effort, acting as the key liaison between Nordic stakeholders and our Global teams.

Stakeholder Communication & Management

• Executive communication: Contribute to designing and delivering high-quality, impactful presentations for the Nordic Senior Leadership Team and Global stakeholders.

• Organizational communication: Contribute to driving clear communication and alignment regarding business progress and strategic focus areas across the wider organization (e.g., All Hands meetings).

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

• BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, or another quantitative field of study.

• 2+ years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business development or similar.

• Exceptional business acumen coupled with an analytical mindset, comfortable with interpreting and structuring data to extract valuable insights, as well as building robust financial models.

• Solid project and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated "get things done" attitude, including managing simultaneous priorities under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to distill complex issues into clear, concise narratives for an executive audience.
