Lead/Associate Manager – Analyst Relations

Our client in the global digital services industry is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst Relations professional to lead and execute end-to-end analyst relations programs. This role is responsible for managing strategic relationships with top industry analyst firms, coordinating impactful briefings and events, and supporting core marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and be confident working across multiple stakeholders and managing program budgets.
Analyst Relations Program Management
- Drive the end-to-end Analyst Relations (AR) strategy and execution.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest, HFS).
- Coordinate and schedule regular analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategic engagements.
- Maintain a comprehensive AR calendar and engagement log.
Analyst Briefings and Evaluations
- Prepare briefing documents, executive talking points, and supporting materials.
- Coordinate participation of internal stakeholders in analyst interactions.
- Manage all aspects of analyst evaluations, including timelines, RFI responses, and submission reviews.
Analyst Events and Days
- Lead planning and execution of Analyst Day events and related engagements.
- Coordinate logistics, speaker preparation, content creation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Support analyst participation in company and industry events.
Marketing Operations Support
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to align analyst insights with campaigns and GTM activities.
- Leverage analyst research to support messaging, positioning, and content development.
- Track analyst perception and influence on pipeline or brand awareness.
RFI/RFP and Research Management
- Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, and data collection requests from analyst firms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, strategy, sales) to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and analyst firms.
- Share analyst insights, summaries, and research trends with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver quarterly or ad-hoc updates on AR activities and analyst perception shifts.
Budget Management
- Oversee and track the Analyst Relations budget, including subscriptions, event costs, and engagement fees.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and ROI on analyst interactions.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement for approvals, invoicing, and budget documentation.
