Creative - Content Designer

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Content Designer to join the Creative team and support the DWP Garage project for the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), a government department responsible for welfare and pension policy in the United Kingdom. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while shaping content strategy and delivering impactful, user-focused experiences.

What you will do:

• Shape the product strategy and design content aimed at delivering pertinent information and optimal user experiences.
• Utilize audience research and data analysis to guide content placement and decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure effective performance.
• Lead team decision-making processes and collaborate with multiple teams to drive key outcomes.
• Provide solutions to content-related challenges within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Conduct thorough audience research to inform content strategy and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on content goals and delivery.
• Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content effectiveness.
• Develop innovative content solutions that enhance user experience.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative and effective content ideas.
