Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Graduate Recruiter with a strong emphasis on employer branding to deliver events and attraction activities that enhance brand visibility and opportunity awareness among students and graduates. The role focuses on attracting top talent for consulting and technology graduate programmes across the UK, including Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds, London, and Scotland. As part of the UK Early Talent Team, this position reports to the Graduate Attraction and Sourcing Lead and plays a key role in shaping the next generation of early talent entering the organisation. Priorities will flex with the recruitment cycle, ranging from university relationship building and innovative attraction event delivery to managing high-volume candidate pipelines and interviewing at pace during peak assessment periods.

What you will do:

 

  • Deliver employer branding projects aligned to early talent attraction strategy.
  • Design and deliver innovative student and graduate attraction events across key UK regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and academic stakeholders.
  • Enhance brand awareness and promote consulting and technology graduate programmes.
  • Support broader talent branding campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Conduct interviews efficiently during peak assessment and hiring periods.
  • Collaborate with the UK Early Talent Team to drive attraction and sourcing initiatives.
  • Adapt priorities in line with the recruitment cycle and business demand.
