Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Creative Operations Executive to play a central role within their in-house Creative and Design Centre of Excellence.
This position is responsible for managing project workflows and overseeing the production of a wide range of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and identity. The role leads end-to-end project management and delivery of creative outputs including PDFs, illustrations, photography, social media content, website assets, and ad-hoc marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Head of Creative Operations and partnering with the Senior Design Executive in South Africa, this role supports day-to-day team oversight while driving high-quality, consistent, and strategically aligned creative delivery.
What you will do:
- Manage the full lifecycle of creative briefs and projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Allocate projects based on team expertise, availability, and budget.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders during ideation, facilitate kick-off meetings, attend channel updates, gather assets, and secure approvals.
- Develop and refine brand planning processes, systems, and timelines to support marketing goals.
- Produce daily and weekly project status reports and keep the Head of Creative Operations informed.
- Champion brand identity and ensure consistent application across all creative assets.
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory standards with a focus on clarity, fairness, and accuracy.
- Provide guidance on brand, copy, and design to maintain corporate identity consistency.
- Identify and resolve project barriers proactively to maintain delivery momentum.
- Oversee project administration including brief writing, scheduling, resource planning, stakeholder coordination, proofreading, supplier liaison, budget tracking, and invoice processing.
- Act as office lead for the South Africa Creative and Design team and provide confident day-to-day operational leadership.
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment and support team wellness and morale.
- Serve as a key liaison between South Africa and UK teams to promote collaboration and cohesion.
- Challenge direction constructively when required and propose alternatives aligned with strategic objectives.
