Senior Design Executive

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Design Executive to provide a top-quality design service, creating visually impactful marketing literature, advertising, event collateral, and customer communications including large-scale campaigns. This role sits within the internal creative agency and plays a key part in delivering high-quality visual content across print and digital formats, bridging the gap between junior and senior design levels while supporting strategic creative direction and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What you will do:

• Lead the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, advertising assets, and campaign materials across print and digital formats.
• Collaborate with junior and senior designers during kick-offs, critiques, and reviews to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all deliverables to guarantee visual consistency and excellence.
• Organise and maintain design files, templates, and assets to ensure efficient team access and workflow.
• Support the development of creative concepts for campaigns, events, and marketing communications.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate innovative ideas under guidance and independently where appropriate.
• Produce layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
• Review designs for accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with technical specifications prior to delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback on junior designer work when required and support their development.
• Drive creative ideation by bringing fresh perspectives and innovative concepts to projects.
