Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Capability Business Operations Partner to support the delivery of the Practice’s 6–12 month capability plan, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen professional development, training, and strategic capability initiatives. This role focuses on enabling effective onboarding, supporting career growth, and aligning capability development with business demand. The position also contributes to financial planning, data-driven capability insights, and community engagement initiatives that enhance development opportunities across the Practice.

What you will do:

 

  • Deliver the Practice’s 6–12 month capability plan in collaboration with workforce planning, learning and development, and Practice leadership.
  • Coordinate training, certification, and conference plans to achieve defined learning outcomes and KPI targets.
  • Drive capability transformation initiatives, including academy and leadership development programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external professional partners to support professional development initiatives.
  • Define and support capability strategies that enable effective onboarding and accelerate productivity for new joiners.
  • Partner with early talent teams to support career development and strengthen employee engagement and experience.
  • Design and support onboarding approaches to ensure successful integration into the Practice.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight of capability-related investments.
  • Analyze capability data and skills reports to monitor data quality, identify skills gaps, and inform development plans.
  • Provide capability and performance insights to support reporting and broader performance management activities.
  • Collaborate with staffing teams to align bench talent with business demand and support development-based deployment decisions.
  • Lead communications to the Practice community to increase engagement with development platforms and learning opportunities.
  • Support community-led initiatives that expand capability and capacity within the Practice.
