Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Spanish-Speaking Cards and Payments Associate to support client-facing initiatives within the cards and payments domain. This role focuses on managing technical and business interactions across the payments lifecycle, including issuing and acquiring, while driving operational improvements and enhancing card acceptance. The position requires strong communication skills in Spanish, combined with technical knowledge of payment systems, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

What you will do:

  • Support clients across the cards and payments lifecycle, including issuing and acquiring processes.
  • Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Resolve business and technical issues proactively to improve card acceptance and drive growth opportunities.
  • Analyse data and deliver operational reviews, providing insights and recommendations to merchants.
  • Document business and technical requirements, defining project scope, impact, and success criteria.
  • Manage technical communications with client technical teams, project teams, customer service teams, and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ATM messaging and ISO 8583 protocol-related processes.
  • Work with payment schemes and networks such as Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, CUP, and JCB.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
