Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Senior Associate, Internal Communications to join an expert internal communications team focused on inspiring and motivating employees around business goals, purpose, strategy, and culture. This role will support the People, Operations, and Corporate Functions teams across a global organisation, developing and delivering effective, inclusive, audience-centric communications across digital and non-digital channels.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative, modern, dynamic, and agile communications professional with a strong understanding of people performance, engagement, and change. The role requires a data-driven and omnichannel approach, the ability to work at pace, and the flexibility to collaborate across multiple business divisions and priorities.
What you will do:
- Build and deliver critical internal communications supporting People, Operations, and Corporate Functions teams and broader business outcomes.
- Deliver communications activity aligned with the global internal communications strategy, objectives, and one-company story.
- Support the Director and Senior Managers in developing a streamlined annual internal communications approach and supporting activities for each business area.
- Define clear delineation between self-service communications activities and areas requiring internal communications advice and support.
- Partner with the CAM planning team and use core internal communications planning tools to manage communication activity and priorities.
- Use available tools and technologies to create audience-focused, well-planned, data-driven, omnichannel, and effective communications.
- Identify and share ideas to improve communications approaches, processes, and outcomes.
- Interpret the impact and success of internal communications activities and apply insights to future work.
- Adapt ways of working across multiple divisions and collaborate in small groups to achieve common goals.
- Engage stakeholders in discussions to reach alignment on activities and communications that drive engagement and change.
- Develop new ideas and novel approaches to communication challenges.
- Prioritise activities effectively and contribute as part of a broader global internal communications network.
- Actively manage personal development and prioritise everyday learning as part of the role.
- Role-model organisational values through collaboration, communication materials, and day-to-day ways of working.
- Apply tone-of-voice guidelines and global internal communications principles, including the creation of inclusive and accessible communications.
- Identify, manage, and flag risks associated with internal communications activities.
