What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat.
Guide customers to the right product or service by proactively offering advice and solutions.
Deliver service with a smile and live our core value: Think Like a Customer.
Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure a flawless customer experience.
