HG is growing rapidly online, and we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen and scale our performance marketing capabilities across international e‑commerce channels.
In this role, you are responsible for driving visibility, traffic and conversion across platforms such as Amazon, Google and HG’s own websites. You translate data and insights into clear performance strategies that connect media, content and commerce.
What you will do
Own and execute HG’s performance marketing strategy across e‑commerce and digital commerce channels.
Drive growth through SEO, SEA and marketplace advertising, with a strong focus on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
Translate performance data into clear optimisation actions to improve visibility, conversion and return on investment.
Partner closely with the Digital Content Specialist to improve PDP performance, ranking and conversion through data‑driven content recommendations.
Collaborate with E‑commerce, Brand Marketing and Sales to align media investment with availability, pricing and commercial priorities.
Set up, manage and interpret A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Own performance dashboards and KPI reporting (e.g. ROAS, CAC, conversion, visibility).
Coordinate and steer external agencies and platform partners to ensure high‑quality execution.
Act as the internal expert on performance marketing, sharing insights and best practices across the organisation.
You will work at the centre of our “More Online” transformation and play a key role in accelerating HG’s digital growth.
You report directly to the Head of Online, are part of the eCommerce team and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and local country teams.
