To expand our team of 250+, we are looking for a Mentoring Advisor to help fine-tune the mentoring system, strengthen team cohesion, and ensure employee well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Support team leaders and senior colleagues in non-technical team management matters (strengthening team cohesion, identifying problematic situations, improving cross-team collaboration, and change management).
  • Collaborate closely with mentors; provide support in handling individual situations.
  • Build trust, ensure continuous communication, and recognize and solve problems and needs.
  • Monitor and analyze team dynamics regularly.
  • Actively participate in the development and fine-tuning of the mentoring system.
  • Ensure the quality assurance of the mentoring process.
  • Conduct individual 1:1 conversations with colleagues.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing exit interviews.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the processes with precision.
  • Develop and write manuals, organize pieces of training, and provide training for mentors.
  • Actively support the work of the Mentoring Lead.
