To expand our team of 250+, we are looking for a Mentoring Advisor to help fine-tune the mentoring system, strengthen team cohesion, and ensure employee well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Support team leaders and senior colleagues in non-technical team management matters (strengthening team cohesion, identifying problematic situations, improving cross-team collaboration, and change management).
- Collaborate closely with mentors; provide support in handling individual situations.
- Build trust, ensure continuous communication, and recognize and solve problems and needs.
- Monitor and analyze team dynamics regularly.
- Actively participate in the development and fine-tuning of the mentoring system.
- Ensure the quality assurance of the mentoring process.
- Conduct individual 1:1 conversations with colleagues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing exit interviews.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the processes with precision.
- Develop and write manuals, organize pieces of training, and provide training for mentors.
- Actively support the work of the Mentoring Lead.
