Senior UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive user experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for developers
• Conduct visual design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure design quality
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing and insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
• Lead design presentations and workshops, effectively communicating design concepts and rationales
• Mentor other designers and contribute to their professional growth
