Job Overview

A Bahrain-based handmade clothing and design company, recently expanding into installations and homeware, is looking for a creative and organized Administrator / Project Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, following up on production and fabric orders, coordinating with tailors and suppliers, and assisting with creative opportunities such as exhibitions and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and follow up on production timelines and fabric orders (including international suppliers).
  • Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Assist in sourcing new tailors or production partners as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and project progress.
  • Support creative tasks such as preparing Adobe files, lookbooks, or visual materials.
  • Research and identify exhibitions, pop-ups, and event opportunities for the brand.
  • Help manage studio setup and operations as the company transitions into its new space.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the founder.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a creative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator or Photoshop).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools and files.
  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, fashion, or textiles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience working with Indian suppliers or in textile production.
