A Bahrain-based handmade clothing and design company, recently expanding into installations and homeware, is looking for a creative and organized Administrator / Project Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, following up on production and fabric orders, coordinating with tailors and suppliers, and assisting with creative opportunities such as exhibitions and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and follow up on production timelines and fabric orders (including international suppliers).
- Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Assist in sourcing new tailors or production partners as needed.
- Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and project progress.
- Support creative tasks such as preparing Adobe files, lookbooks, or visual materials.
- Research and identify exhibitions, pop-ups, and event opportunities for the brand.
- Help manage studio setup and operations as the company transitions into its new space.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the founder.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a creative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator or Photoshop).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools and files.
- Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, fashion, or textiles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience working with Indian suppliers or in textile production.
