R&F Tooling Product Owner

Own the roadmap and cross-functional alignment of risk and fraud tooling to support scalable, brand-agnostic enforcement and reporting.

Working in harmony with other fraud teams (who cover financial transactions, KYC items), you will lead Tooling - Risk & Fraud Systems alignment efforts in conjunction with management instruction, to implement proactive risk engines that minimize losses while creating an environment that is conducive to play for our player base.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision for risk and fraud tooling across all brands and verticals.

• Align tooling roadmap with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and fraud risk mitigation strategies.

• Champion scalability and resilience of systems to support multi-brand expansion and evolving fraud typologies.

• Quantify business impact of tooling improvements, linking fraud prevention to NGR protection and commercial value.

• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and compliance to ensure timely delivery and adoption.

• Monitor tooling performance and usage to inform iterative improvements.

• Gather and prioritize requirements from risk analysts, fraud lead investigators, and executives.

• Translate operational pain points into actionable backlog items and feature specifications.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, and compliance teams to ensure timely releases.

• Monitor tooling adoption and performance, ensuring analysts and investigators can efficiently detect and act on fraud.

• Implement feedback loops from operational teams to continuously refine workflows and reduce manual strain.

• Oversee integrations with detection models, anomaly scoring systems, and reporting pipelines.

• Support automation initiatives (e.g. RPA workflows) to reduce dependency on manual monitoring.

• Collaborate on system architecture decisions to balance speed, scalability, and compliance requirements.
