Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery

• Act as the main point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams

• Communicate, translate, and interpret requirements (Japanese ↔ English)

• Create project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation

• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies; ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, etc.)

• Conduct client meetings, reviews, and progress updates in Japanese

• Ensure quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence

• Resolve issues and escalate risks when necessary
