Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician specializing in Cardiology to join our team as a Remote Telemedicine Specialist. This is a 100% remote role focused exclusively on providing expert virtual consultation, diagnosis, and management of complex cardiovascular diseases, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, and high-risk lipid disorders to our adult and pediatric members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct confidential virtual medical consultations (video call) focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and medical management of a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including: stable angina, congestive heart failure (CHF) optimization, atrial fibrillation management, evaluation of chest pain, and management of complex hyperlipidemia/hypertension.

• Perform accurate remote assessment and differential diagnosis of cardiovascular symptoms (e.g., palpitations, syncope, dyspnea on exertion).

• Develop and deliver evidence-based, specialty-specific treatment plans, including optimizing guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT), reviewing anticoagulation regimens, and issuing electronic prescriptions following all regulatory guidelines.

• Review and interpret diagnostic studies such as ECGs, Holter monitoring reports, echocardiogram results, and stress test data to guide virtual care.

• Coordinate care and execute timely, appropriate referrals for cases requiring in-person evaluation, cardiac catheterization, device implantation (pacemaker/ICD), or cardiac surgery.

• Offer specialized preventive care advice related to cardiovascular risk reduction, lifestyle modifications, and post-procedural/post-MI secondary prevention.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential digital health records (EHR) in compliance with privacy and ethical standards.

• Perform wellness seminars and provide expertise on topics related to heart health and cardiovascular disease management for our members.

Qualifications:

• Medical doctor with PRC license from the Philippines.

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine is required.

• Fellowship training and Board Certification/Eligibility in Cardiology is required.

• Proven expertise in the diagnosis and medical management of acute and chronic cardiovascular disorders.

• Prior telemedicine experience, particularly in a specialty field, is a significant advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically over video.
