Responsibilities

As a Operations Assistant (Memberships), your responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end card operations, including printing, packing, dispatch, and SLA adherence.

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory logs for cards and consumables; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on orders, stock counts, and replenishment.

• Liaise with vendors, couriers, and the Account Management team to ensure timely deliveries, resolve delays, and provide clear operational updates.

• Conduct rigorous QA checks to ensure at least 98% accuracy across membership requests, card production, and data handling.

• Support documentation, record-keeping, audit needs, and other administrative tasks while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.

• Assist with ad hoc operational activities such as preparing materials, updating trackers, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in administrative operations or similar

• Holder of College degree

• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy in data entry and documentation

• Proactive communicator able to coordinate across teams and escalate issues promptly

• Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable managing structured data Adaptable, detail-oriented team player with a growth mindset and commitment to improving processes
