Work Setup: Hybrid (Ortigas office)

Responsibilities

• Engage with providers to verify accreditation status and/or invite for accreditation with Hive Health-HPPI

• Collect and update essential provider data on provider database

• Organize and maintain records by updating information in a timely manner and ensuring proper digital storage

• Collect and share market insights drawn from provider verification, retention, and accreditation processes

• Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary provider experience

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Operations team, including but not limited to accreditation of new providers, stakeholder coordination, and other administrative/operational tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• Preferred 1-2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

• Open to Fresh Graduates

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification

• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools
