Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician specializing in Endocrinology to join our team as a Remote Telemedicine Specialist. This is a 100% remote role focused exclusively on providing expert virtual consultation, diagnosis, and management of diabetes, thyroid conditions, metabolic disorders, and other complex hormonal imbalances to our adult and pediatric members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct confidential virtual medical consultations (video call) focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and non-procedural management of a wide range of endocrine disorders, including: Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, thyroid disorders (hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, nodules), pituitary disorders, adrenal issues, and metabolic syndrome.

• Perform accurate remote assessment and differential diagnosis of complex hormonal and metabolic symptoms.

• Develop and deliver evidence-based, specialty-specific treatment plans, including advanced pharmacological management (e.g., insulin pump management, specialized diabetes medications) and appropriate dietary/lifestyle modifications, and issue electronic prescriptions following all regulatory guidelines.

• Review and interpret diagnostic studies such as specialized labs (hormone panels, A1c), continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data, and thyroid imaging results (ultrasound) to guide virtual care.

• Coordinate care and execute timely, appropriate referrals for cases requiring in-person evaluation, endocrine-related procedures (e.g., biopsies), or specialist surgery.

• Offer specialized preventive care advice related to bone density, cardiovascular risk reduction in diabetes, and long-term metabolic health optimization.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential digital health records (EHR) in compliance with privacy and ethical standards.

• Perform wellness seminars and provide expertise on endocrine and metabolic health topics for our members.

Qualifications:

• Medical doctor with PRC license from the Philippines.

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine is required.

• Fellowship training and Board Certification/Eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism is required.

• Proven expertise in the diagnosis and medical management of complex hormonal and metabolic disorders.

• Prior telemedicine experience, particularly in a specialty field, is a significant advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically over video.
