Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) to join our team as a Remote Telemedicine Specialist. This is a 100% remote role focused on providing expert virtual consultation, diagnosis, and management of women’s reproductive health, prenatal/postpartum guidance, and gynecological disorders to our members.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential medical consultations via video call focusing on the assessment and management of gynecological concerns, menstrual disorders, and reproductive health.

• Perform accurate differential diagnosis of common and complex conditions, including PCOS, abnormal uterine bleeding, infections (UTI/STI), and menopausal symptoms.

• Provide virtual prenatal counseling, monitor low-risk pregnancy progress, and offer postpartum recovery guidance, including breastfeeding support and mental health screening.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans, including hormonal therapy management and contraceptive counseling, issuing electronic prescriptions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• Interpret relevant diagnostic studies such as pelvic ultrasounds, laboratory results (HCG, hormone panels, papsmear results), and pathology reports to guide care.

• Execute timely referrals for cases requiring in-person physical examinations, pelvic exams, imaging, or surgical interventions (e.g., laparoscopy, colposcopy).

• Offer specialized advice on preventive screenings (Cervical Cancer/HPV), breast health awareness, and family planning.

• Conduct wellness seminars and provide expertise on topics such as menstrual hygiene, reproductive transitions, and maternal wellness for our members.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine with an active PRC license from the Philippines.

• Must be a Diplomate or Fellow of the Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (POGS).

• Proven experience in the medical management of a diverse range of obstetric and gynecologic conditions.

• Prior experience in tele-OBGYN or remote patient monitoring is a significant advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss sensitive reproductive health topics clearly and empathetically over video.

• A passion for leveraging technology to improve access to women's healthcare.
