About the Role
As a Product Associate, you have a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team where you can have an outsized impact on the healthcare journey of our members. You will work with the Product, Data & Engineering teams to design, scope, test, and deploy features in the Hive platform’s suite of digital services and product offerings. You will also work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class innovative tech-enabled solutions that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in Metro Manila, Philippines, subject to change based on business needs. While most work may be accomplished remotely, you must be able to commute to our office in the Ortigas area at least once per week, as needed.
Responsibilities
As a Product Associate, your areas of responsibilities include:
Leading End-to-End Feature Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of product features—from ideation and requirement gathering to implementation, launch, and post-release optimization.
Collaborating Across Teams: Work with Growth, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to define and prioritize features—balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Designing User-Centered Solutions: Translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, and mockups that bring product concepts to life and address real user needs.
Building with Low-Code Tools: Develop and deploy product features using our low-code platform—translating design and requirements into functional, user-ready solutions.
Monitoring and Iterating Post-Launch: Conduct post-launch checks, gather user and internal feedback, and resolve bugs to continuously improve product quality and experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with user research and ability to synthesize information to develop intuitive, user-centric solutions
Attention to detail and familiarity with design tools such as Figma
Creative, detail-oriented, proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities
Comfort with working with unstructured or non-standardized data and/or database management is preferred
Experience with low-code tools is a plus
