Job Overview

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a DC Advanced User - 3PL, you will provide an efficient and smooth system support to day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.

Specialized Operations & Administration

  • Train DC associates and team leaders on new system functionalities and improvements.
  • Support DC associates in daily operations and resolve system-related issues in alignment with DC processes.
  • Conduct system clean-up, basic troubleshooting, and feedback to system specialists.
  • Support operational excellence, quality and efficiency by ensuring that system-related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
  • Ensure an effective and efficient incident management, when needed (e.g. participate in "bridge calls", Incident reporting).
  • Contribute to project rollouts as needed.

Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Identify and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, cost drivers, and system processes.
  • Strong knowledge of DC systems, updates, and technological advancements for Inbound and Outbound operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn, apply, and transfer knowledge of new system features in a clear and concise way seeing they are effectively executed.
  • Skilled in coaching, training, and supporting others in a proactive developmental capacity.
  • Ability to collaborate and co-create with others​.
  • Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth​.
  • Inclusive and empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity. ​
  • Ability to understand your impact to others and contribution to the bigger picture.
