The Role

We are looking for a Product specialists to work with the product team to ensure excellent product delivery, with a wealth of knowledge about a product or range, and also recommend improvements and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in user interviews, analyze feedback, and collaborate on reviewing product metrics to prioritize more effectively.

• Identify and suggest product improvements based on Customer Journey mapping and Jobs to Be Done analysis.

• Groom and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tickets are well-defined and ready for development.

• Manage daily product-related incidents.

• Resolve product-related questions from other teams such as CS, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.

• Create prototypes for new features, collaborating with the Design team and providing specifications and visual guidance to the rest of the team.

• Work hand-in-hand with developers to build experimental Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to accelerate feature launches.

• Provide support to quality assurance when needed in specific features.

• Coordinating cross-functional communications for feature launches, ensuring product value is effectively conveyed to customers.

• Identify process improvement areas and detect and implement automations to increase operational efficiency.
