What You’ll Do:

• Support older adults across West Exeter & Teignbridge in their own homes

• Offer friendly companionship and emotional reassurance

• Help with meal prep, light housework, errands and personal care

• Assist with washing, dressing, medication reminders and mobility support

• Make a positive, lasting difference to someone's day — every day

What You’ll Get:

• £13.05 to £20.02 per hour

  • Higher rates apply for those with NVQ Level 3 and for bank holiday shifts

• Paid waiting time between visits

• Mileage paid at 40p per mile

• Flexible, part-time hours that fit around your lifestyle

• Full, paid training – no prior experience needed

You’ll Need To:

• Be a driver with access to your own car

• Have a kind, reliable nature

• Be comfortable supporting with personal care

• Be available for part-time weekday and/or evening hours
