We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join us who will support our clients & our Care Assistant team across Swindon, Highworth, and the Vale of White Horse. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred home care and other duties which might include mentoring new Care Professionals, completing spot checks and competencies, supporting with onboarding, completing client reviews and assisting with care plan writing, and introducing new Care Professionals to new clients to kickstart a great relationship. The role might involve some on-call support.

What do we need from you?
- Previous care experience (preferred) as we'll need you to hit the ground running
- A flexible and adaptable approach to client needs
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse area
- Aged 18+
- Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
