Conveyancer
Homey is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancer with a robust background in property law to assist clients through their property transactions.
As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the process, while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with appropriate legal qualifications.
- Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law.
- Proven experience in managing property transactions from initiation to completion.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
- Strong understanding of property laws and regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience: Salary range from Rs. 125,000 - Rs. 300,000/month, paid in GBP, depending on experience level.
