Homey is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will be the CEO's right hand, managing calendars, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive functions. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and maintain confidentiality will be critical to your success. You will also assist with the CEO's personal property management portfolio, ensuring all related administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication Management: Draft and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Property Management Assistance: Assist the CEO with administrative tasks related to their personal property portfolio. This includes coordinating with property managers, tracking rental income and expenses, and organising maintenance schedules.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spoken and Written English.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, being a top class contributor, where you demonstrated you were fast to learn, dynamic and shown ability to lead by example.
  • Proven track record of managing complex schedules and handling a high volume of administrative tasks.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with property management is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Benefits

  • Role to be paid in GBP with a UK Contract.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience: Salary range from Rs. 300,000 - Rs. 800,000/month, paid in GBP, depending on experience level.
