Position: F&B Operations Director
Location: St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands

A premier provider of gaming solutions in the Caribbean, operating video lottery systems and entertainment venues across the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Scope of the Role:
The F&B Operations Director will oversee food and beverage operations across multiple venues in St.Thomas and St.John, including gaming locations, an upscale casual restaurant, and a beach lounge. The role requires an f&b operator with extensive multi-outlet management experience to ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Reporting into the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of 4 outlets, with 2 additional restaurants in the pipleline.
Overseeing outlet managers
Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and financial performance.
Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain high-quality offerings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Drive revenue growth through innovative concepts and cost management.
Coordinate with senior leadership on expansion plans.
Utilize data to monitor performance and inform decisions.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior restaurant management.
Multi-Outlet Management: At least 3-5 years overseeing three or more outlets.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams across locations.
Gaming Environment: Experience in casino or gaming settings is highly advantageous.
Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
Operational Excellence: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of health, safety,and liquor laws.
