One of Riyadh's most anticipated and ambitious culinary projects. Our client is creating a landmark, multi-cuisine fine dining destination designed to deliver an immersive, theme-based experience. Housed in a two-floor, 8,000-square-meter venue, our restaurant will feature distinct zones and five world-class kitchens, including Italian, Seafood, Lebanese, Turkish, and Indian. About the Job
We are seeking a highly accomplished and creative Executive Chef to lead our client’s Italian kitchen. This is a pivotal role that begins at the pre-opening stage, offering you the unique opportunity to shape the kitchen's design, layout, and processes before construction is complete. You will be the visionary behind our authentic Italian fine dining menu, blending tradition with innovation to create a world-class culinary program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consultation on the Italian kitchen's layout and design during the pre-opening phase.
Develop the complete menu, ensuring authenticity, innovation, and the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Oversee all daily kitchen operations, supported by a Sous Chef, to ensure seamless execution.
Manage supplier relationships, ingredient sourcing, inventory, and cost control to optimize efficiency.
Implement and enforce strict HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards.
Collaborate with senior management on menu engineering, pricing strategies, and seasonal updates.

Competitive Salary: SAR 20,000 - 30,000 net per month including housing and transport allowance. (5000 - 8000 USD per month including housing/transport allowance)
Comprehensive Allowance: The net salary is inclusive of housing and transportation allowances.
Paid Trial: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 7-day paid trial in Riyadh, with all expenses covered. Timeline tastings completed in Oct, hiring by end of Oct 2025 start January 7, 2026
Work Visa: A full work visa will be provided by the company.
Health Insurance: Comprehensive health insurance is provided.
Annual Leave: Generous paid annual vacation.
Annual Travel: One return flight ticket to your home country upon completion of each contract year.
Contract: A full-time, one-year renewable expatriate contract.
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of professional culinary experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role within a recognized Italian fine dining establishment.
A proven background working in premium or Michelin-starred restaurants is required.
Professional culinary training and/or significant work experience in Italy is strongly preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and manage a diverse, high-performance kitchen team.
Full professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Italian and/or Arabic is a plus.
Must hold a valid passport and be available to travel for the paid trial.
