About the Job
The company is looking for an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations, develop innovative, health-focused menus, and ensure exceptional food quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in organic, nutritious, and grab-and-go cuisine, strong knowledge of food trends, and the ability to establish standardized recipes for future franchising.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or R&D Chef in a healthy, organic, or fast-casual concept.
Strong knowledge of current food trends, nutrition, and sustainable sourcing
Experience in kitchen setup, menu engineering, and operational efficiency
Proven leadership skills with a track record of hiring and developing teams
Ability to balance creativity with cost control and operational feasibility
Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region (preferred, not required)
