An established hospitality group, founded over two decades ago, is seeking a talented Head Chef – Italian Cuisine to join their growing portfolio of restaurants in Bahrain.

The group has become one of the region’s most respected operators, with multiple divisions spanning hospitality, lifestyle, farming, retail, and construction. Its hospitality arm has developed a colorful portfolio of iconic dining concepts, ranging from casual eateries to elevated fine dining, with locations across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

With more than eight bespoke restaurants located in some of the Gulf’s finest dining districts, each brand reflects a unique identity and authentic atmosphere. The group is widely recognized for its attention to detail, culinary excellence, and innovative concepts that appeal to both local and international guests.

The new Head Chef will play a key role in continuing this legacy by leading the Italian kitchen team, curating authentic and modern menus, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Overview:

-BS Degree in Culinary Science or related certificate preferred, or excellent strong culinary experience.

-6-8 years kitchen experience in culinary/ kitchen management experience.

-Previous Central Kitchen, Hotel, Restaurant experience is desirable.

-Thorough knowledge and understanding of kitchen equipment use and operation.

-Very passionate about his/her work, self-motivated and creative problem solver.

-Extensive food and beverage knowledge.

-Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Team-working skills: ability to work alone or as part of a team.

-Excellent leadership skills and business orientation.

-Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.

-Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

-Ability to remain calm during busy periods.
