Data Analytics Team Lead (Marketing)

Your day-to-day

• Take ownership and boost the quality of data-driven decision-making in the marketing team.
• Oversee execution of analytics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that drives tangible business outcomes.
• Build, lead, and inspire a team of brilliant and highly motivated analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
• Collaborate with key marketing team stakeholders to understand their data analytics needs, requirements, and priorities.
• Refine project needs effectively, prioritize the backlog, build and communicate delivery timelines, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
• Be one step ahead in applying industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics & data science, driving innovation within the team.

Your skills and experience

• Strong hiring, onboarding, and leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential
• A relentless drive for achieving ambitious goals through data analysis, coupled with uncompromising standards for quality and speed of delivery.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, channel performance differences, and marketing attribution concepts.
• Extensive hands-on data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL & Data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
• Stakeholder management experience with effective collaboration within the marketing team.
• Innovative thinking & results-oriented attitude that drives continuous improvement.
