About the Role
Howard is looking for a highly driven Recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and a proven ability to manage high-volume hiring. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly in English, and consistently delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously
- Successfully handle 20+ hires per month across various functions
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a strong and continuous candidate pipeline to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
- Conduct interviews in excellent, professional English (written and verbal)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report hiring progress, pipeline metrics, and recruitment KPIs
- Move quickly and decisively while maintaining high hiring standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring goals
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in fast-growing or high-pressure environments
- Ability to recruit across multiple roles or departments simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
